Can I place a custom order? 

• Yes, we love making custom orders! Fill out our contact form with as many details as possible for a custom quote. Please note we are not able to make anything that may contain copyrighted materials (such as Disney). 

How long will my order take?

• Our current processing time is 2-4 business days. Orders are sent through USPS Ground Advantage and typically take 2-5 days to deliver, time may vary around the holiday season.

Do you ship internationally?

• We currently are not taking international orders. As our small business grows we hope to eventually change this. To stay up to date on big changes such as this, follow our TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook page @dreamlandstationeryco.

I entered the wrong shipping address, now what?

• If your order has not been shipped, we can fix it! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We are not responsible for orders that have been already shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

• If you would like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can not cancel an order after it has been processed. 

Can I return an item?

• All items are made to order and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there was something wrong with your order please contact us so we can make it right.
